Overview:

At Chick-fil-A, we are searching for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team. As a Customer Facing Team Member, you'll be a key player in delivering outstanding service, ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive experience. Responsibilities:

• Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
• Assemble and package food orders, including necessary condiments and utensils.
• Prepare beverages, including brewing tea and stirring lemonade.
• Assist customers by delivering food to tables or cars.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and beverage stations.
• Prepare and serve drinks, ice cream, and other specialty beverages.
• Take and repeat back orders at the register for accuracy.
• Manage drive-thru orders and payments.
• Replenish supplies such as sauces, cups, and napkins.
• Perform general cleaning tasks, including wiping surfaces and sweeping.
• Take and deliver orders outside for drive-thru customers.
• Lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous restaurant experience is a plus. Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Skills: Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and work in a team.
• Attributes: Reliable, organized, responsible, and customer service-focused.
• Attitude: Positive and committed to maintaining Chick-fil-A's high service standards.
• Punctuality: Must be reliable and able to consistently meet shift start times.
