Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

Reports to: Sales Director

Location: Remote/Chicago IL

The Sales Operations Analyst leads external customer execution of Mass and the Club Channels working closely with the Sales Director. This includes portal maintenance for Mass and Club, including item quotes, Item maintenance/Setup, promo submissions, MAP/pricing maintenance, and POS insights/Analytics.

The Sales Operations Analyst will interact daily with cross-functional team members from Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Sales Finance, and Supply/Demand. The individual will be self-motivated and a problem solver who takes the initiative to address issues quickly and completely.

What will you do?

• Become the Retail Link and POL Administrator and expert across the business and provide insights to provide a clear view of the POS, in stock, and pricing activity in Mass and Club Channels.
• Run and analyze weekly/monthly SAP/BI reports to provide Sales & internal teams updated shipment and POS sales information.
• Be the gatekeeper for item setup, review internal and Mass and Club procedures for both the retail link, POL, and SAP
• Assist in the implementation, tracking and compliance of all Mass and Club price change activity
• Assist the Sales Director in day to day needs as well as in preparation for line reviews and meeting preparation as needed to include assisting in the tracking and monitoring of Direct Import orders across the business
• Own the Mass and Club SharePoint site ensuring that process documents and other resources are consistently up to date and accessible to all customer teams (inclusive of pricing and go to market documents)

• 3-5 years Retail Consumer Goods Sales Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience working with Walmart Retail Link and Target POL required; Club experience preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
