Now Hiring: Barista & Cafe Specialist at SAK Coffee & Cone! at Sak Coffee & Cone LLC – Stafford, Virginia

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Barista & Cafe Specialist. In this multifaceted role, you'll be responsible for preparing a wide range of coffee and espresso drinks, delicious gelato creations, and refreshing bubble teas. You'll ensure every customer receives exceptional service, contribute to a positive shop environment, and help maintain our high standards of quality and cleanliness.

As a Barista & Dessert Specialist, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting customers warmly and taking accurate orders.

• Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold coffee and espresso beverages (lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, mochas, etc.).

• Crafting delicious gelato cones, cups, sundaes, and other dessert items.

• Mixing and preparing bubble tea drinks, including classic milk teas, specialty teas, and fruit teas with various toppings (tapioca pearls, popping boba, jellies).

• Handling cash and electronic transactions accurately.

• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, including equipment, counters, and dining areas.

• Monitoring inventory levels for ingredients and supplies.

• Assisting with opening and closing procedures as needed.

• Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and courteously.

• Previous experience in a coffee shop, dessert shop, or food service environment is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Basic math skills and comfort with handling transactions.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our hours are 10 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week.

• A passion for coffee, gelato, and bubble tea is a big plus!

• Food handler's permit (or ability to obtain one upon hire).
