What You'll Do:

• Acts as a clinical leader for the nursing unit’s daily operations
• Supervises nursing assistants and support staff
• Coordinates resident care and treatment plans
• Performs regular health assessments
• Ensures compliance with regulations and standards
• Oversees medication administration
• Maintains accurate clinical documentation

Schedule: This is a full-time position, working 12 hour shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
What you will need:

• Active Indiana RN or LPN License.

• 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
