Position Description:

Responsibilities

Food and utility daily set up
Food preparation such as cutting, chopping, mixing and marinating
Feels comfortable cooking such as grilling, frying, sauting according to specified recipes and standards
Up to par with standards at each station
Greeting customers
Maintaining cleanliness for BoH and specified station
Complies with food sanitation requirements
Performs prep sheets, temp logs and other checklist
Set up and stock dry goods, food and vendor delivery orders
Fully understands menu items and proper preparation
Answer, report and follow leaders and managers
Ensuring product output is going out simultaneously, high quality and fast
Positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
