Job Description

Come grow with us! We are looking for a driven Crew Leader who wants to take their career to the next level. Crew Leaders are the face of the 1-800-Striper brand and lead all jobsite activities. This includes:

• Executing all site level project plans to include striping and restriping parking lots, warehouses, and sport courts
• Adhere to all job schedules
• Operation of medium-duty box truck and all parking lot striping equipment
• Maintaining site cleanliness
• Adhere to all 1-800-STRIPER safety polices and standard operating procedures
• Oversee the performance of Crew Technicians

Job Requirements

• Direct experience in construction, painting, landscaping, or industrial services required.
• You must be a team player, pay attention to details, and have a positive attitude.
• A clean driver’s license is mandatory. Commercial driving experience preferred.
• Must be available during nights and weekends when required.
• References are required.
