Cook Supervisor

Job Overview:

The cook will provide exceptional cooking, organization and cleanliness of the kitchen, patient and cafeteria meal services.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Follows and cooks all assigned standardized recipes for cafeteria and patient services
• Participates on all meal service patient tray lines
• Responsible for ensuring exemplary level of cleanliness and sanitation in the cook and tray line areas
• Maintain relationship with all kitchen staff to ensure quality of work
