Job Overview:

As a Benefits Representative, you’ll work directly with Union members to review their benefits and provide support to ensure they fully understand and utilize their options. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering top-tier service—all from the comfort of your home!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual meetings via Zoom to review Union members’ benefits.

Provide clear, accurate, and professional explanations of available options.

Address member inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of member interactions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure high satisfaction rates.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable using Zoom and other online tools.

Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required—we will train you!
