This on-site position offers a starting salary of $27.50 - $31.50 per hour, eligible for incentives. OCCU provides an additional $2 per hour for bilingual Spanish-speaking employees who pass a standardized test.

As the Lead Senior Banker or Enrichment Lead, you will work with management to coach staff and provide service to members. You will assist in all branch functions and share operational responsibilities and team development with the Assistant Branch Manager.

This position requires two years of experience in a similar role such as a Senior Enrichment Advisor. Responsibilities include coaching team members, helping branch leaders maintain team cohesion and motivation, improving processes, collaborating with other departments, tracking branch performance, preparing reports, and keeping up to date on financial matters.
