What You’ll Do

• Read plans and follow instructions (with guidance as needed)
• Measure, cut, and assemble framing
• Use tools and equipment safely
• Work with the crew to finish jobs on time
• Follow all safety rules
• Show reliability and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Experience in framing or carpentry is a plus — we are hiring both entry-level (training provided) and experienced framers
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
