Remote (Work-at-Home) Dispatch-Scheduler/Lead Associate / $21.00 - $24.00 per hour / Full-time

Opportunity for Full-Time Position with a company who maintains a solid presence and future in its market niche.

Note: For initial and occasional training purposes, candidates still must live within daily commute driving distance of either office: Moon Twp, PA 15108 OR Brunswick, OH 44212

This position is for those who have some flexibility in their schedule on shift start and stop times, who can work two Saturdays per month and with reliable transportation.

Must possess the following skill-set or attributes for our fast-paced environment:

1. Can type more than 30 wpm
2. Organized approach to problem solving with good judgment on risk mitigation
3. Common-sense approach to task completion & prioritization
4. Can handle incoming calls & assignments concurrently
5. Very good written & verbal communication skills
6. Pleasant and respectful demeanor with co-workers & customers
7. Customer-service oriented phone demeanor, with good voice skills
8. Basic understanding of MS Word, Excel and Internet
9. Basic arithmetical skills

10. Focused On developing their career skill-sets and being the best they can be

11. Maintaining alignment with the best interests of the company
