Environmental Technician at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

The Oaks of Louisiana is seeking a qualified professional Housekeeping Environmental Technician. The individual must be interested in being part of a dynamic team that cares for a profoundly beautiful and expanding retirement community consisting of the finest local independent, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities around. This candidate must show the ability to work individually and as part of a team while performing assigned duties such as cleaning public areas and residential apartments. The ability to follow oral and written instructions on the safe use of various cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures is also required. Frequent interaction with residents and occasional interaction with their pets is common. Qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a commercial housekeeping environment. This is a part-time position to include weekends, holidays, and special events and shifts will vary. Health System and department specific orientation and training will be provided.
