As our People Experience (PX) Partner, you will be the architect of an onboarding experience that sets new hires up for long-term success. Your work will ensure that every employee transition—whether a new hire, promotion, or transfer—is seamless, compliant, and engaging.

As the face of our New Employee Orientation (NEO) and onboarding experience, you will ensure every employee feels welcomed, connected, and supported from the moment they accept their offer. Your expertise in HR systems and compliance will enhance workforce efficiency, drive engagement, and improve retention. What You Will DoPeople Experience & Onboarding
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all new hires, transfers, and promotions, ensuring a concierge-level preboarding and onboarding experience.

  • Lead compliance efforts, including background checks, credentialing, and licensure verification.

  • Partner with leadership to design a structured Year One onboarding program focused on engagement, development, and retention.

  • Implement relocation support strategies, helping new employees acclimate to both the organization and the Klamath Falls community.

  • Regularly meet with leadership and employees to gather feedback and improve onboarding effectiveness.

New Employee Orientation (NEO) Leadership
  • Lead and facilitate biweekly New Employee Orientation, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience.

  • Manage logistics, materials, and scheduling, incorporating meaningful connections with leadership and trainers.

  • Continuously refine and improve NEO based on feedback and best practices.

HR Systems & Workforce Insights
  • Act as the primary ADP administrator, overseeing preboarding, onboarding, promotions, and personnel file management.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.

  • Generate workforce analytics to support leadership decisions on retention, turnover, and compliance tracking.

  • Support compliance audits and grant reporting by maintaining accurate HR records.

Compliance & Legal Adherence
  • Own I-9 compliance, ensuring timely and accurate completion and storage.

  • Maintain strict adherence to federal and state employment laws and industry regulations.

  • Assist in compliance audits, policy reviews, and HR reporting requirements.

Employee Engagement & Workforce Insights
  • Maintain an HR dashboard, tracking key workforce trends.

  • Collect and analyze new hire feedback to continuously enhance the employee experience.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop innovative onboarding strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Strategic Business Partner – You collaborate with managers to align HR processes with program goals.

What You Need to Succeed

We welcome candidates with transferrable experience and skills and are committed to your professional growth.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field OR 3-5 years of HR experience in compliance, onboarding, or HR systems management.

  • Preferred: HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, aPHR).

  • Highly Desirable: Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or non-profit HR compliance.

  • Required: Commitment to achieving and maintaining expert-level ADP HRIS knowledge with ongoing training.
