Must stay current on food trends, new products, and best practices in food preparation and safety. Must be engaging, offering customers personalized recipes and thoughtful feedback. Lassens Specialty Foods Coordinator also supports Market Department operations by maintaining clean, well-organized food displays and assisting the Market Manager with order placements and customer service.
