About Us
Allegiant Physical Therapy is a small outpatient clinic partnered directly with Nevada Spine Clinic and Allegiant Spine Institute. We treat spine and orthopedic conditions with an approach that prioritizes individualized care — blending hands-on manual therapy with individualized therapeutic exercise. Our team is close-knit, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about meaningful patient outcomes.

- Warm, engaging personality with strong communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic
- Calm under pressure with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Outpatient clinic experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Nevada State Physical Therapy License (or license-eligible)
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, in-person patient care
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician orders
- Coordinate with the care team to implement therapeutic activities
- Ensure safe techniques during ambulation, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
- Accurately and promptly document patient progress and treatments
- Adhere to all federal, state, and insurance-based regulations
