We are looking for a dynamic, Full-Time Practice Manager to join our growing pediatric dentistry team. At Magic Smiles, we’ve been dedicated to taking care of children’s smiles in El Dorado Hills for years, and we’re looking for a compassionate leader who thrives on connecting with people—both our patients and our incredible team.

What We’re Looking For in You:

• A compassionate, people-focused leader with a strong ability to connect and build relationships with staff and patients
• 3+ years of experience in dental practice management
• AA degree in Business Management or a related field
• Solid understanding of dental office operations, including billing, insurance protocols, dental software, and office management systems
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you’re not just managing a practice, you’re cultivating a thriving team
• Excellent leadership, time management, and prioritization skills
• A strong understanding of dental regulations and industry compliance
