Project Manager E2E with DoD Secret Clearance at Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions Inc. – Scott AFB, Illinois

VETS, Inc., is looking to add an experience Project Manager E2E to our growing team. This is a full time, permanent postiion with full benefits, working onsite at SCott AFB. This position requires a current/active DoD Clearance.

The project manager is responsible for managing all contractor employees in this task order and will communicate directly with the Government COR to provide updates on any system down time, high-priority service requests, issues with application functionality, and any other contact with Government agencies. Our PM will also proactively communicate any issues that pose operational risks to the E2E to the COR. The PM has a direct line of communication to the SDDC COR, as well as direct executive reach back and support. Directly under our PM, we will have a full-time, dedicated HDM, who will have a Help Desk Institute (HDI) HDM certification, as well as the Tier 1 OL, who will also have an HDM certification. Our HDM and Tier 1 OL will be responsible for overseeing the quality of all SRs; training, assessing, and mentoring CSRs; and ensuring our team meets all technical SLAs. In corresponding roles to the HDM, we propose 2.5 ServiceNow System Administrators to manage, enhance, and provide training on SDDC’s instance of ServiceNow, as well as 2.5 Tier 2.

Support shall also include E2E SMC call center operational support for GATES Water Port.
