MVD Call Center Representative at ATA Services Inc – Santa Fe, New Mexico

ATA Services, Inc. is currently seeking full-time MVD Clerks to work in Santa Fe, NM.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: $16.00 per hour with weekly pay
• schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Location: In Office Only

The position will be processing various transactions for drivers, vehicle, and vessel owners of New Mexico, surrounding states, and all drivers who have access to New Mexico highways, including drivers who are from most states and countries that visit New Mexico.

Duties:

This position will process drivers’ licenses, citation payments, registering vehicles and trailers, and numerous other types of transactions via telephone, online, email, and facsimile in a call center environment. May perform Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) inspections. This the position is expected to deliver quality work, collaboration with management, co-workers, and the public delivering quality transactions with proficiency and a sense of urgency.

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check and fingerprinting
• Must have a valid NM Driver's license
• General office experience
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Clerical experience
• Administrative experience
• Customer service
