About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mid Level IT Support Specialist - Engineer to join our team in the Health Care Services industry. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our IT systems and applications. Your main goal will be to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. You will work closely with other members of the IT team to identify and resolve issues, as well as provide training and support to end-users.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting and administration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Health Care Services industry is a plus
- Certifications in relevant IT fields
- Experience with cloud-based systems and applications
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team to ensure system stability and security
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems and processes
- Must be able to travel to multiple office locations to provide support on hardware.
