Software Development Manager at Technical Systems Integration, Inc. – Pensacola, Florida

TSI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web-Based Software Developer and Manager to lead our team of software developers in creating and maintaining high-quality web-based software applications. The ideal candidate will have at least ten (10) years of experience in web-based software development and database management, including Dot NET, ColdFusion, and MS SQL Server.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing technical oversight, technical training, and subject-matter training to subordinates.

- Work directly with key client personnel to determine software modifications and enhancements requirements.

- Develop and maintain high-quality web-based software applications using Dot NET, ColdFusion, and MS SQL Server.

- Ensure all software applications meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

- Provide professional briefing/presentation skills to clients and stakeholders.

- Minimum of ten (10) years of web-based software development and database management experience, including Dot NET, ColdFusion, and MS SQL Server.

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading and managing a team of software developers, including providing technical oversight, technical training, and subject-matter training to subordinates.

- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working directly with key client personnel to determine requirements for software modifications and enhancements.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Clearance level: Secret (eligible).
