About the Role:
As a Seasonal Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and engaging with customers during peak seasons. Your primary objective will be to create a positive and memorable experience for customers, driving brand loyalty and increasing sales. You will be responsible for promoting our products, sharing brand stories, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to various environments and connect with diverse audiences. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success of our seasonal campaigns and enhance our brand's visibility in the market.
This is a seasonal position starting in May and working through September, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday traveling and managing accounts from Annapolis into the Eastern Shore area.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in brand ambassador roles or promotional events.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to promote brand awareness and product knowledge.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and provide information on features and benefits.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to share with the marketing team for future improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized display area, ensuring that products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
Skills:
Strong communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and conveying brand messages. Customer service skills will be utilized daily to ensure that each customer feels valued and satisfied with their experience.
