Job Title: Portfolio Solutions Director – Americas
Location: Johnson Creek, WI
Hours: Full-time Salary: Work remote and will travel

Job Summary:
A Portfolio Solutions Director plays a crucial role in aligning the technical capabilities of the company with the strategic sales goals of the business.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical and managerial skills to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions. The Portfolio Solutions Director will work closely with customers, end-users, sales teams, and technical experts to ensure that all solutions are aligned with the company's objectives and customer requirements.
As Key Account, this position plays an important role in improving MI business with key OE customer while managing this important sales channel who frequently demands for the development of OE branded solution, and strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Solution Development: Develop Case Studies about potential innovative products or solutions based on ideas that can generate high revenue over investment, by delivering high perceived value to customer. Lead the development, and implementation of innovative solutions, ensuring they add value to the customer and are delivered on time and within budget.
Current portfolio assessment: Product Life Cycle monitoring. Product price positioning watch.
Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met, risks are managed, and stakeholders are kept informed.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant field for the business.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related role.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Desirable:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the miking equipment industry.
- Or Bachelor in Animal Science (in Animal Production or Veterinary Science) with dairy production background.
- Or minimum of 5 years experience in the Ag Business
