(Required to be considered for this position) What You’ll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on equipment
- Lead by example in safety, quality, and efficiency
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company safety policies and procedures
- Identify and address potential safety risks within the shop
- Support and guide technicians in troubleshooting and repair processes
- Train and mentor less experienced technicians
- Help manage workflow, priorities, and shop organization
- Review completed work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and safety compliance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with service management and team members
- High-quality repairs and strong first-time fix rates
- Consistent adherence to safety standards and compliance requirements
- Reduced safety incidents and proactive hazard identification
- Improved technician performance through training and support
- Efficient workflow and productivity within the shop
- Positive team environment and collaboration
- Strong experience in forklift, heavy equipment, or industrial repair
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Proven ability to perform high-quality repairs independently
- Experience or willingness to lead safety initiatives and enforce compliance
- Interest or experience in mentoring or training others
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
