New Goods Processor at Goodwill Mid Michigan – Flint, Michigan

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated, team-building individuals to fill a Full Time New Goods Processor position at our Averill warehouse location at 501 S. Averill Ave, Flint, MI.

$13.00 an hour Monday to Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm!!

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Achieve production standard:
  A.) Pricer: Accurately establish prices for new and/or seasonal product at the
  pace of 85 pieces per hour minimum and as directed. Affix price tags and stickers
  to product per SOP.
  B.) Sorter: Accurately sort new product at the pace of one skid per hour
• Maintain accurate records.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned area.
• Ensure outgoing product is recorded properly.
• Adhere to mandatory use of agency issued work gloves while sorting product.
• Demonstrates understanding and adherence to Goodwill’s mission, values and code of ethics, while promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace.
• Assist in the functions of the Warehouse as directed
