Responsibilities:
-- Perform night audits to verify and balance all financial transactions from the day’s operations
-- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction
-- Front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, with a warm and welcoming demeanor
-- Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments
-- Prepare daily financial reports and maintain accurate records of transactions
-- Ensure security protocols are followed throughout the hotel during night hours
-- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby

Preferred Qualifications:
-- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality management and focus on guest relations and satisfaction
-- Experience in hotels, customer service preferred but not required
-- Proficiency in night audit processes and financial reporting
-- Familiarity with guest services best practices and hotel operational policies
-- Excellent phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems
-- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
-- Previous experience in a front desk role within a hotel or resort setting is preferred, but not required.
