Building Maintenance Technician - Full Time at WHDH-TV – Boston, Massachusetts

Responsibilities include routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and automatic temperature control equipment. Coordinate and conduct installation and maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities. Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on a comprehensive range of air & water distribution system equipment. Carry out regular inspections of mechanical spaces, tenant/public areas, roofs, and building grounds. Perform minor repairs related to Carpentry, General Maintenance, and assist all other trades as required. Three to five years of facilities maintenance-related experience preferred. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, and perform daily physical activity including, but not limited to, climbing ladders, navigating multiple sets of stairs, and moving from room to room of the building as required. Valid drivers' license required.

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually. The final offer will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to candidate’s experience, knowledge and skills.
