JOB TITLE: Creative & Communications Specialist

SUMMARY:
The Creative & Communications Specialist will be responsible for our brand’s visual and verbal identity. This person will ensure that the company’s brand and reputation is consistently perceived as intended both internally and externally through graphics, images, copy, video, etc. You will own graphic design and copywriting resulting in market-defining digital ads, social media excellence, and premier patient facing touchpoints. This person will use creativity to produce innovative and original ideas that exceed marketing trends.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand & Visual Identity
- Graphic Design: Conceptualize and produce all digital and print assets, ensuring a premium, cohesive aesthetic across all platforms supporting marketing, HR, and sales efforts.
- Brand Standards: Continuous expansion of brand identity and uniformity for all current and future companies and affiliates through developing unique fonts, color schemes, shapes, and other design elements that the companies will use.
- Print Collateral: Oversee end-to-end production of physical materials, including but not limited to handouts, slicks, signage, and physical mail pieces.
Digital & Community Engagement
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute monthly content calendars across all primary social channels to drive engagement and brand awareness to establish Limitless Male as the industry leader in men’s wellness.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with leads and followers, manage reviews, and foster our brand voice across all channels.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling, high-conversion copy for email campaigns, social posts, website updates, and internal communications while keeping to Legit Script content standards.
- Ad Creative Optimization: Receive feedback from analytical analysis to update creative across paid media, organic media, and email/text marketing efforts to improve performance and patient growth.
- Video Development: Create video content for all channels, including social media, patient education, and in clinic promotions.
In-Clinic Support
- Physical Marketing Development: Create content for patient communication needs both internally and externally including business collateral such as swag, business cards, clinic/office needs, clinic collateral and presentation, etc.
- Patient Experience: Ensure Limitless Male’s standard of excellence is delivered across the fully patient journey, from initial contact to returning patient.
Collaboration Across Departments
- Building and maintaining relationships with other team members to collaborate on ideas and use teamwork to produce desired project plans and results.
- Assist in Grand Opening launches to ensure cohesion and consistency between each clinic.
- Other Marketing duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer skills required: Mastery of industry-standard software to create logos, design reports, and complete other projects. Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud or high-level Canva expertise.
- Strategic writing ability and proficiency to align brand tone with industry expertise.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, community-building tactics, and how AI is impacting the content landscape.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills. Must be skilled in utilizing an electronic project management system with tasks, deadlines, and collaboration with other key members of each project
- Eye for aesthetic and a literacy of color schemes, fonts and shapes to create professional logos, product packaging, and content layouts.
- Works well in a fast paced always changing environment
- Able to multi-task between all clinics and projects
- Degree in art, graphic design, journalism, or a related field or the equivalent of real-world experience

- While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
