BridgeWorks Staffing is looking for dedicated MACHINE OPERATORS who are ready to go to work and are ready to put in overtime.

Hours:

Monday to Friday: 5:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Saturday: 5:30 AM - 1:30 PM

Rate of Pay: $17/hour with increased overtime pay

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Machine Operators to work with our machinery from setup to operation. This role involves ensuring that machines are set up properly and are operating effectively to produce high-quality products. Some machines are computer-controlled, while others are mechanically based, so versatility and adaptability are key.

Responsibilities:

Set up machinery for production runs, ensuring all settings are correct for optimal performanceOperate machinery during production runs, monitoring performance and making adjustments as neededEnsure that machines are running smoothly and producing quality productsTroubleshoot any issues that arise during production, performing maintenance or repairs as necessaryCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlinesFollow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environmentMaintain accurate production records and reports as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with both computer-controlled and mechanically based machinesStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesBasic computer skills for data entry and equipment operation
