We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Finance to join our team. This position will sit on the Executive Committee team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with the executive team to support overall hotel business objectives
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and vendors
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Prepare and present financial reports to the executive committee and ownership

Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Proven experience in financial management within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and cost control
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
