Maintenance Technician II at R&L Spring Company – Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

R&L Spring is a family-run manufacturer with a strong team culture and clean facility. We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician II to help keep our equipment and building running safely and efficiently.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility
• Assist with equipment installs, moves, and basic fabrication/welding
• Handle minor building repairs and order parts as needed
• Support 5S and continuous improvement efforts
• Follow all safety procedures including PPE and lockout/tagout

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and work on equipment up to 480V
• Basic welding/fabrication experience is a plus
• PLC, motors, and controls experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools and standard measuring equipment

This is a hands-on role requiring standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, and working around active manufacturing equipment.
