Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
• Treats patient to relieve pain, develop or restore function and maintain maximum performance.
• Performs basic PTA duties.
• Completes accurate and timely documentation of patient care treatments in EHR (i.e., HomecareHomeBase)
• Provides direct physical therapy according to directions of Physical Therapist and in accordance with the physician's plan of care.

Service Coverage Area:
• Orange County.

Position Qualifications:
• CA Physical Therapy Assistant License
• 2 years of physical therapy assistant work experience
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Job Type: Part-time, Per Visit

Pay: $23.00 - $55.00 per visit
