We are seeking a Financial & Data Analyst with healthcare experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and data analytics and is passionate about using data to improve healthcare outcomes and operational performance.

Reporting to the VP of FP&A, the Financial & Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting company-wide performance through advanced financial analysis, data modeling, and dashboard development. This individual will partner closely with finance, revenue cycle, and operational teams to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

• Deliver in-depth financial and operational analysis, including variance analysis and trend reporting for leadership
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and KPIs to provide real-time insights into business performance
• Analyze large healthcare datasets (including revenue cycle data) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support daily and monthly cash forecasting and financial planning processes
• Build ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives across finance and operations
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and finance teams to translate data into actionable insights
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages, presentations, and visualizations
• Evaluate and improve reporting processes to drive efficiency and data accuracy
• Assist with revenue cycle analytics, including billing, collections, and reimbursement trends
• Support ongoing data requests and enterprise-level projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial analysis, data analysis, within the healthcare industry
• Demonstrated experience working with healthcare data (e.g., revenue cycle, claims, EMR/EHR data)

• Experience with Athenahealth (EMR/EHR)
• Experience building dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Experience in physician practice management or healthcare services organizations
• 2-4 Years of relatable experience

• Advanced Excel skills (including data modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large, complex datasets
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Primarily sedentary role requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use
• Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 10 lbs regularly, occasionally more)
• Visual requirements include close and distance vision and focus adjustment

• Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 annually
• Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and internal equity
