Our operations run 24/7, offering set schedules, competitive pay, shift premiums, and a strong benefits package starting on day one.

Plant operations run 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Openings are available on the following shifts:

• A Shift: Monday–Wednesday with alternating Sundays | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• B Shift: Monday–Wednesday with alternating Sundays | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  ➕ $0.50/hr shift premium
• C Shift: Thursday–Saturday with alternating Sundays | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  ➕ $0.50/hr shift premium
• D Shift: Thursday–Saturday with alternating Sundays | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  ➕ $1.00/hr shift premium

Associates must be willing to work their assigned schedule, including nights and weekends. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

• Starting pay: $17.00/hour
• Increases to $17.25/hour after successful completion of a 90‑day probationary period
• Additional shift differential pay for nights and weekend shifts

As a Frozen Plate Packaging Associate, you will:

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Manufacture frozen products according to customer specifications
• Stack, package, and store frozen products accurately
• Operate a forklift in accordance with company safety guidelines
• Perform sanitation and cleanup duties to maintain work areas
• Participate in equipment start‑ups, changeovers, and shutdowns
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Read, understand, and follow company documents and procedures
• Perform additional related duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the ongoing right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 55 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting
• Willing and able to work assigned shift schedules, including nights and weekends
• Willing and able to adhere to all safety standards and required PPE
• Willing and able to comply with grooming standards required for a food manufacturing environment
• Must successfully complete a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
