This role is designed for an experienced client success professional who will act as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value accounts. You will lead onboarding, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes while building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Legal, and Support teams to ensure client objectives are met and growth opportunities are realized. You will also mentor and coach less experienced team members, contributing to the overall effectiveness and performance of the client success organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven, fast-paced environment and excels at navigating complex client landscapes while maintaining a high level of executive presence. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and business expansion across strategic accounts.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic accounts, managing the client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Conduct business reviews and success checkpoints to communicate progress and demonstrate impact.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation efforts, ensuring clients achieve early wins and long-term adoption.
  • Build consultative relationships that align solutions to client business strategies and objectives.
  • Monitor account health, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, supporting account expansion in collaboration with Sales.
  • Manage escalations professionally, maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
  • Coach and mentor less experienced Client Success Managers to strengthen team capabilities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or renewals in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting strategic accounts with complex stakeholder structures and high revenue potential.
  • Strong executive presence with experience managing escalations and high-stakes client conversations.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management, internal collaboration, and cross-functional communication.
  • Experience with contract management, renewals, and strategic account planning.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools; experience with Client Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in eCommerce or eCommerce SaaS is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Up to 10% travel flexibility.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range: $75,000 - $130,000 per year, plus a discretionary bonus (approx. 10% of base).
