We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our Administrative Operations team. In this role, you will support the team by performing a variety of administrative duties essential to the ECU’s success. You will also work with sensitive and confidential information, as well as assist in the preparation of Board reports.
Your contributions will play an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting ECU in serving our members effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare Board packet for the monthly Board of Directors meeting, incorporating submissions from Senior Management, Directors, and Committee members. Compile, review, and finalize the complete Board packet with strict attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely distribution.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual Strategic Plan.
- Plan and coordinate catering for monthly Board meetings, Strategic Planning sessions, and other meetings as directed, ensuring arrangements are made in advance according to the established schedule.
- Process incoming member loan payments and deposits received by mail, ensuring accurate and timely posting to member accounts.
- Sort, organize, and review incoming mail and documents from branches and the post office, identifying time-sensitive items and ensuring they are promptly routed to the appropriate VP or department for processing.
- Tracks and process member address changes, including bad address report promptly.
- Manage and order supplies for the administrative office and branches, including office essentials supplies for the training room.
- Review ATM checks daily ensuring timely processing.
- Mail CD renewal notices to members.
- Maintain online banking updates and changes within the required platforms.
- Scan IRA Applications/Beneficiaries to members accounts
- Complete audit reports as requested including but not limited to
o Member applications
o CD Audit (monthly)
o Skip-A-Pays
o Relationship Loans
o Delinquent Visa Report for Collections
- Provide a great experience for each member.

- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, or comparable work experience.
- 2+ years administrative experience a plus.
- Credit Union experience a plus.
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Work, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Power Point.
- Highly computer literate
- Initiative driven.
- Reliable transportation.
- Exceptional organization skills
- Positive, friendly, people person.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with executives, Board members and team members.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Team player who is detailed oriented

- Effective and strong communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
