DEVELUP Campus Leadership Program (2027) at LCBC Church – Various Locations

DEVELUP is a 2-year leadership development program for young adults that provides practical ministry experience and cohort-based training in the areas of Campus Leadership, Worship, and Production for leaders who desire to serve in a local church setting. DEVELUP staff members are challenged to expand their leadership capacity as they grow spiritually, professionally, and relationally.

This program is designed for emerging leaders who take initiative, are willing to work hard, love to learn, and want to grow in their leadership abilities as they serve in a local church setting. It provides practical training and ministry experience in kidMinistry, Student Ministry, Next Steps, and Guest Experience. Applications being accepted now through fall 2026 for the 2-year cohort beginning in May of 2027.
