Job Overview:

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Master or Journeyman KY State License.

The Opportunity: You will serve as a high-impact field leader, spearheading complex commercial installations while managing high-stakes project logistics. This role offers the unique autonomy to run crews backed by a leadership team that prioritizes open communication and cutting-edge field technology.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Direct and mentor field crews to ensure every installation meets rigorous quality and safety standards.

• Execute complex commercial electrical work by interpreting detailed blueprints and technical specifications.

• Coordinate daily tasks and schedules to overcome site obstacles and maintain strict project timelines.

• Act as the primary point of contact for General Contractors to ensure seamless project integration.

• Champion a culture of safety by implementing best practices and maintaining site-specific protocols.

• Leverage modern technology and field tools to streamline documentation and reporting accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Kentucky State Master or Journeyman Electrical License.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the electrical trade with a focus on commercial systems.

• Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints and construction schedules.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage crews efficiently with a clear vision for project completion.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with field staff and office leadership.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certifications in Lift Training, CPR, and First Aid.

• Experience in specialized control systems and high-end commercial power distribution.

• Proven track record of mentoring junior electricians or apprentices in a field environment.

• Advanced knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) standards for commercial environments.
