Electrician / Electrical Service Tech – Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric

MUST have valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License

Residential Service experience preferred

Location: Frankfort, KY

Work Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays

Compensation: $70,000 – $120,000+ annually (Base Hourly Pay + Performance and Efficiency Incentives)

Reports To: Electrical Service Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead and complete residential electrical service projects
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
• Provide exceptional customer service in homes and on job sites
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates with customers and team members
• Represent Tom Drexler professionally while operating company-provided vehicle
• Mentor and support junior electricians as needed

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• MUST have valid Journeyman Electrician License
• Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed

Preferred:

• Experience leading or mentoring other electricians
• Interest in professional growth and continued education
