What You’ll Do
Maintain Safe & Functional Environments
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across facilities, equipment, and fleet
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues with confidence
- Complete general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and minor renovations
- Identify potential issues early and take action to prevent larger problems
Take Ownership of Complex Repairs
- Diagnose and resolve more advanced maintenance challenges
- Perform part replacements, minor overhauls, and system repairs
- Ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and quality standards
Support Team Success
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to less experienced technicians
- Collaborate with team members and departments to complete work efficiently
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows and maintenance processes
Stay Organized & Accountable
- Accurately document work, repairs, and inspections in maintenance systems
- Use Microsoft Office and other tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication
- Be available for occasional on-call rotations and emergency response

Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience performing general maintenance in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar facility or similar work environment
- Certification: Trade schooling and/or completion of a certification in applicable skilled trade OR completion of an intermediate maintenance certification program (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician - CMRT) required.
