Here's how you can help. We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service. In this position, you’ll play a vital role on the technology team at Lions International. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. This is a pivotal role for our organization and the right individual will have significant input on Salesforce decisions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Implements Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flows, custom objects, formula fields, rollup summaries, triggers, page layouts, record types, custom settings, custom metadata types, dashboards and reports.

  • DevOps/release management including: change set preparation, promotion of change sets through environments and deployments using a third party tool such as Gearset.

  • Management of integrated applications from third-party suppliers.

  • User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, organization wide defaults, sharing rules

  • Sandbox environment management

  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.

  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

  • Identify and gather complex business requirements from users and stakeholders and translate into scalable solutions.

  • Mentor junior employees and provide occasional oversight of their work.

  • Creates high-level and detailed work effort estimates for proposed technical solutions.

  • Assist in documenting processes and workflows to strengthen institutional knowledge.

  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within Salesforce.

  • Resolve user support tickets.

  • Provide user training and create relevant training materials.

 We’re Looking for Someone With:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; equivalent experience with a high school diploma may be considered.

  • A minimum of 7 years general IT experience, with at least 5 years Salesforce Administration specialization.

  • Salesforce NPSP experience required.

  • Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community) and Lightning experience strongly preferred.

  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, organization wide defaults, sharing rules)

  • DevOps/release management experience using 3rd party Salesforce release management tools (e.g. Gearset, Copado, etc.) ideal.

  • Experience using import wizards and dataloader

  • Experience with Validity Demand Tools to manage data is a big plus

  • Sandbox environment management experience a plus.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to act as a subject matter expert and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to gather requirements, and both design and propose scalable, technical solutions.

  • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges

  • Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder Certifications desired.

  • Knowledge of apex and Aptify a plus.

Compensation range for this role is expected between $125,000 to $133,000. Salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience.
