Temporary Part-Time MRI Tech working Monday and Tuesday

Job ends April 13, 2026, or when MRI tech returns from maturity leave

Salary: $42-$45/hr

SUMMARY:

As an MRI Technologist you will screen patients, prepare them for scans, and produce high quality MRI scans. Candidates for this position must be ARRT registered in MRI. Preference will be given to candidates who have orthopedic imaging experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Other duties may be assigned)

• Perform MRI studies as requested by physician.
• Perform MRI studies in accordance with established protocols.
• Interact with interpreting physician to ensure excellent images are captured and displayed.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment and maintain records of maintenance activities.
• Follows all OSHA guidelines and other clinic policies.
• Maintain department to assure that work is done efficiently.

A. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

This job requires satisfactory completion of a program that leads to certification by the ARRT and the acquisition of a current Oregon State license in good standing.

Must have knowledge of anatomy and classification of fractures. Computer and typing skills will be needed for operation of EMR and PACS.

B. CERTIFICATES, LICENCES AND REGISTRATIONS:

Current ARRT Certification in good standing. Current Oregon State License in good standing.
