3.0 Position Summary
Work with the team to oversee the operation, maintenance, and development of the CFR engines. Ensure that effective systems are in place in our engine laboratories to support business needs as we work towards a common goal of CFR standardization across our labs globally.
4.0 Minimum Requirements
• Mechanical & electrical engineering skills, preferably with CFR engine operation experience
• Business knowledgeable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be willing to travel approximately 50% of time. Mainly in US but international travel as well
• Sound relationship building skills
• Must be organized, self-directed and possess excellent time management skills with the ability to work as part of a team
• Must be able to work with and train others
• Ideally familiar with relevant ASTM test methods; D2699, D2700, D613 and D909

• Assist Laboratory Management and staff with solutions to technical enquiries regarding CFR engine testing.
• Assist with engine maintenance from basic operational issues to ensure that designated lab staff are trained properly in engine maintenance for the laboratory.
• To overhaul and rebuild engines as necessary to ensure minimal down time for our engine labs
• In collaboration with the CFR team establish a schedule of maintenance visits and assessments/audits in order to review as many of our engine labs as possible.
• Help maintain a controlled inventory of CFR parts to support our engine operations globally
• Set framework and recommend resources to countries needed to implement Global CFR standardization strategies
• Feed new technology intelligence into marketing and business planning processes.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, on cost and on quality.
• Conduct regular reviews of KPI/Metrics performance.
• Key Position Performance Measures (KPPMs)
o Maintain a regular schedule to visit laboratories in need of engine maintenance services.
o Continual improvement in operational and maintenance procedures for our engine labs for continued global standardization
o Ensure all administration policies are adhered to.
o Full compliance to all Camin policies and procedures.
