The position focuses on building AI-enabled digital experiences that improve customer satisfaction, streamline workflows, and accelerate operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in shaping long-term digital strategy while influencing executive stakeholders and guiding large-scale transformation initiatives. - Define and lead the long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap for unified customer portals and internal digital tools ecosystems.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives focused on improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and platform consolidation.
- Align cross-functional teams including Product Management, UX, Engineering, Architecture, Customer Success, Support, and Services around shared digital priorities.
- Establish governance frameworks, digital standards, interoperability principles, and consistent user journey experiences across platforms.
- Lead the development of AI-enabled experiences, including personalization, workflow automation, telemetry-driven insights, and proactive support capabilities.
- Prioritize strategic initiatives, manage trade-offs, and ensure visibility into roadmap execution and business outcomes.
- Define KPIs, adoption targets, and success metrics to measure platform effectiveness and business impact.
- Communicate a compelling digital vision to executive leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support the rationalization of overlapping tools and platforms to optimize operational costs and scalability.
- Foster a customer-centric and innovation-driven culture across digital product and platform initiatives.
- 12+ years of experience in digital product management, platform strategy, customer experience, or related leadership roles.
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation, portal consolidation, or enterprise platform modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, enterprise IT environments, or cloud-managed platforms.
- Experience driving AI-enabled digital experiences, automation workflows, and data-driven customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in matrixed organizations without direct authority.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
- Familiarity with persona-based design, entitlement-aware digital experiences, and customer journey optimization.
- Strong analytical thinking, prioritization, and decision-making skills in high-impact business environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; advanced education or certifications are considered a plus.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from USD $170,000 to $412,500 depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
