- Develop and execute data-driven paid digital marketing strategies aligned with lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue objectives.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and display advertising channels.
- Monitor campaign budgets, improve cost efficiency, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) across acquisition and customer expansion initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights through detailed reporting and strategic recommendations.
- Lead testing initiatives focused on A/B experimentation, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, SEO, social media, and sales teams to ensure integrated and aligned marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to support campaign execution, performance optimization, and innovation initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging advertising technologies, and competitive opportunities to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with a proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth.
- Expertise in Google Marketing Platform tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
- Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across paid search, paid social, and display advertising platforms.
- Advanced understanding of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing methodologies, and landing page performance strategies.
- Deep knowledge of marketing attribution models, funnel analysis, and performance optimization metrics.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience using reporting or visualization tools such as PowerBI.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and integrated paid/organic marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced environments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- Competitive salary ranging from $135,000 – $165,000 USD.
