Job Description
ICM Solutions is hiring a Technical Parts Supervisor to lead and elevate our crushing and aggregate parts operation. This is a highly visible role for someone who knows equipment inside and out and wants to set standards, train teams, and make a real impact across multiple branches.
If you’ve spent your career around crushers, screens, feeders, conveyors, or heavy equipment, and you’re known as the “go-to” parts expert—this role was built for you.
This is not a remote position; the ideal candidate must be able to work out of an ICM branch office.
What You'll Do
- Serve as ICM Solutions’ senior technical authority for parts, supporting crushing, screening, conveying, and aggregate equipment across all branches
- Solve complex parts challenges including OEM identification, interchangeability, supersessions, and obsolete parts research
- Act as the escalation point for branch parts teams and service technicians when standard solutions don’t apply
- Develop, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ordering, quoting, receiving, stocking, and customer interactions
- Partner closely with Supply Chain and Operations to improve inventory accuracy, stocking strategies, critical spares, and replenishment models
- Influence company-wide performance by driving improvements in fill rate, inventory turns, availability, and cycle accuracy
- Design and deliver hands-on technical training for parts and counter staff, focused on equipment knowledge, catalog navigation, and real-world application
- Translate OEM training, updates, and bulletins into practical guidance the team can immediately use
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with OEM parts representatives and factory support teams
- Travel regularly to branch locations to coach teams, audit processes, reinforce standards, and support customer experience goals
- Support Branch Managers by identifying performance gaps, developing team capability, and implementing corrective actions
- Help shape how parts operations scale as the organization grows—bringing consistency, discipline, and best practices across all locations
- 5+ years in parts operations within crushing, aggregate, mining, or heavy equipment
- Deep experience with OEM parts catalogs, EPC systems, and DMS platforms
- Strong understanding of inventory management and critical spares
- Proven ability to train, coach, and influence others
- Comfortable traveling to branch locations
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Fast-growing company with big ambitions—to be the best crushing, underground mining rebuild, and white paving dealer in North America.
- Strong, people-focused culture where your work truly makes an impact.
- Backed by the stability and career opportunities of Campbell Companies and Wheeler Machinery Co.
- Competitive benefits: PTO, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more.
