• Translate production demand into executable daily and weekly plans
• Act as the primary escalation owner for value stream issues
Daily Management & Accountability
• Lead and sustain a tiered escalation system across all areas of responsibility
• Own and lead tiered escalation meetings, ensuring issues are surfaced, escalated, and closed
• Ensure visual management boards, KPIs, and schedules are accurate and actively used
• Drive same-day problem solving when plans are missed—no end-of-week surprises
Production Execution
• Direct daily manufacturing operations for E-House (PDC) and Transformer assemblie
• Align staffing, labor plans, and schedules to takt, capacity, and customer demand
• Actively manage constraints, bottlenecks, and disruptions to flow

• Reinforce that safety and built-in quality are non-negotiable
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and applicable electrical standards (UL, NEC, IEEE)

Continuous Improvement
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement efforts focused on throughput, lead time, and productivity
• Reduce variation and dependency on heroics through process standardization
• Implement improvements that stick through training, standard work, and follow-up
• Support scalability of operations as volume and complexity increase
People Leadership
• Lead supervisors, team leads, and front-line manufacturing teams within the value streams
• Set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable for daily execution
• Coach and develop leaders with a focus on problem solving and ownership
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Engineering on manufacturability, process changes, and new product introductions
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain to manage materials, shortages, and flow
