Summary:

The Supply Chain Analyst will oversee the full supply chain lifecycle of the lubricant business – driving efficiency, enhancing visibility, and ensuring inventory accuracy to support customer demand and organizational growth. Specific responsibilities include managing product purchasing and placement needs, analyzing delivery and operational efficiencies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented individual with a strong command of logistics, inventory planning, and data-driven process optimization

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all supply chain functions, including forecasting, demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and logisticsOptimize inventory levels to balance cost efficiency with optimal product availability and fulfillment performance.Utilize ERP systems extensively to manage purchasing, track inventory movements, and maintain accurate, dependable supply chain data.Develop and execute strategic initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service levels.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating advantageous pricing, lead times, and termsMonitor and analyze key performance metrics, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadershipCollaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain execution with broader business objectives.Perform or support additional projects and responsibilities as needed

Knowledge, Education and Skills Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally within the distribution sectorExpert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, modeling) is required.Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (Sage Intacct, NetSuite, etc.) and their application in supply chain improvementExceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to convert complex datasets into actionable strategies.Possess strong negotiation skills, able to clearly communicate, and demonstrate confident leadership presenceFamiliarity with terminology and concepts related to the lubricants and fuel industry preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and meeting defined deadlinesPhysical Requirements

Able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionallyAble to bend, stand, walk, sitDexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer including keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment

This role will have supervisory responsibilities
