Job Description

Plumbing Technician

Location: 3610 Commerce Drive, Halethorpe, MD 21227

Work Type: On-Site

Schedule: This position will primarily support emergency calls and weekend coverage. The current preferred scheduling options are Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, with hours of 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. midnight. These schedules are intended to provide additional evening and weekend coverage based on business needs. Other scheduling options are also available and may be discussed based on business needs and operational requirements.

Pay: $30 to $65 an hour+ additional bonus potential

Sign On Bonus: Up to $6,000 for Journeyman and Master Licensed Plumbers

*We’ve eliminated billable vs. non-billable hours and now offer a competitive hourly pay structure plus performance bonuses.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services in residential and/or commercial settings
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with accuracy and efficiency
  • Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and related components
  • Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures
  • Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2 years of residential plumbing experience required
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or certification a plus
