RN, Staff Nurse (Employee Health Services) at Med Center Health – Bowling Green, Kentucky

Position Summary

The RN, Staff Nurse facilitates pre-employment health screenings for new hires, including reviewing immunization records, coordinating required tests, and administering necessary vaccines. This role completes the health-clearance portion of onboarding and forwards all results to Employee Health Services for final clearance. While the position's primary focus is facilitating the pre-employment health screening process, the RN may also provide support to the WKU Health Services function.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous nursing experience in employee and/or occupational health, public health, infection prevention, or related experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Kentucky RN license (OR) RN license in a State recognized by the Kentucky Nurse Licensure Compact Act required effective June 1, 2007.
