Job Type: Full-Time (Monday Friday, 10+ hour shifts, 40+ hours/week)
Pay Range: $35$50+ per hour equivalent with overtime opportunities +CDL training & Double-time Sundays

What You Will Be DoingYou will utilize your mechanical expertise to ensure the reliability and safety of our entire fleet, ranging from light-duty trucks to heavy-duty construction equipment:

Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on diesel engines, gas engines, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled OEM maintenance using electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to minimize equipment downtime.

Emergency Support: Provide vital roadside repair assistance when necessary and coordinate towing logistics as needed.

Fabrication & Welding: Weld, cut, and fabricate parts using arc-welding and flame-cutting equipment to keep custom machinery operational.

Safety & Compliance: Conduct thorough DOT inspections, follow strict safety guidelines, and maintain all shop tools and equipment.
Required Skills & Experience:

Experience: 1+ years of proven mechanic experience, specifically working with diesel engines, gas engines, and hydraulic systems.
Experience with CAT, Komatsu, Peterbilt, Mack, Volvo, John Deere, is a major plus.

Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot diverse mechanical issues.

Physical Capabilities: The physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Mindset: Reliable, punctual, self-disciplined, and highly adaptable to changing business needs.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Licensure: A valid Drivers License.
Preferred Qualifications (Not required, but a huge plus!):

Welding and fabrication experience.

Valid CDL (Commercial Drivers License). Note: We provide CDL training if you do not currently have one!
